Dharma House is a live-in artist residency on 5 acres in Kansas City, Kansas. A 5,000 square foot house with shared creative and performance spaces, a community of people who are actually building things, and the infrastructure to do your best work.
This isn't a co-living app. It's a house with a history. Over a thousand people have come through these doors for workshops, performances, ceremonies, and gatherings. Now 4 rooms are opening to full-time residents.

The Basement Event Space
Full sound system, open floor, black ceiling. Holds 30–50 people. Built for live music, sound healings, breathwork, and ecstatic dance. Do a monthly listening session and fill it from our community list.
The Sunroom
Vaulted beams, panoramic windows, natural light all day. Seats 10–20. The best room in the house for content creation, filming, workshops, and intimate gatherings.
The Flex Room
1,000+ sq ft of open floor with track lighting. Ideal for yoga, movement workshops, group sessions, and large circle gatherings.
Private Session Rooms
2–3 private rooms for massage therapists, energy workers, bodyworkers, and 1-on-1 coaching sessions. Book recurring weekly slots. Keep 100% of your revenue.
5 Acres + Pool
Outdoor space, fire pit, tree-shaded areas, and a pool. Available for seasonal gatherings, outdoor yoga, pool parties, and events. Room to breathe, room to build.
The Community Kitchen
Full shared kitchen with island seating. Where potlucks happen, meals get made between sessions, and people linger longer than they planned.
